Site Ops is a specialist consulting and contracting team providing independent services at high hazard sites. We manage risks associated with interim management and closure of manufacturing plants (facilities utilising chemicals, environmental permitted or waste sites). The team has a track record of completing projects safely, on-time and within budget for industrial operators, insolvency practitioners and developers.

We are unique in our ability to take full legal responsibility as Site Operator under Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Legislation including liability for surrender of associated permits and licences. Site Ops has developed this capability by demonstrating relevant experience and core competencies to regulatory authorities (Health & Safety Executive and Environment Agency).
