Site Ops has decades of experience managing and undertaking decommissioning at high hazard sites, up to and including top-tier COMAH Regulated sites. For existing operators, this experience has proved invaluable during the change in culture associated with plant closure.

ImageSurrender of Permits and Licenses

If required, Site Ops can take full legal responsibility as Site Operator as defined under COMAH and EPR leading to exit from COMAH and surrender of the EPR. This unique service allows existing operators to transfer responsibility and exit the site, safe in the knowledge that regulatory risk and liability are quantified and mitigated.
