Site Ops has developed from a need for independent advice and practical hands on experience associated with hazardous materials at difficult sites. We can demonstrate experience of management and decommissioning at the most hazardous of chemical installations to provide confidence that we can tackle projects at any scale.

Our mission is to provide safe competent decommissioning services to clients at high hazard sites. In a field unfamiliar to many operators and advisors, our clients need clear independent advice backed by decades of operational experience in high hazard change environments.

Unique service offering

By demonstrating industry leading practice and practical hands-on expertise, we de-risk sites for clients by taking on full legal responsibility as Site Operator as defined under Control of Major Accident Hazard Regulations (COMAH) 1999 and Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR) 2007. We provide short to long term management of residual liabilities (permits/licences) enabling clients to focus on key business activities, safe in the knowledge that assets and reputation are protected.
